Standard terms and conditions governing quotations, installations and warranties by Shamil Trading LLC.

All quotations are valid for 30 days from issue date. Prices are in AED and exclude VAT where applicable. Final pricing may vary if the vehicle or building differs materially from the specification on which the quotation was based.
Shamil Trading guarantees installations are performed by Solar Gard-certified technicians using genuine Solar Gard products. Customers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle or building is accessible at the agreed appointment time. A rebooking fee applies to missed appointments without 24-hour notice.
Warranties are manufacturer-issued by Solar Gard / Saint-Gobain and honoured locally by Shamil Trading. Warranty claims require proof of purchase. Warranties are void if the film is tampered with, cleaned with abrasive chemicals or physically damaged after installation.
Shamil Trading's liability is limited to the cost of the installation in dispute. We are not liable for consequential losses. Pre-existing vehicle or glass damage is documented before installation and does not constitute a warranty claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
